About me
Born and raised in British Columbia, I always knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping others. This calling led me to a career in nursing, where I eventually specialized in psychiatric care. Through my work in mental health, I became passionate about exploring alternative ways to approach wellness and support the mind’s natural ability to heal and thrive.
My journey eventually led me to discover neurofeedback, and it completely transformed the way I view mental wellness. Backed by evidence-based research and my own personal experience, I’ve seen firsthand how neurofeedback can create a positive and lasting change. The results were so powerful in my own life that I felt compelled to become a practitioner and share this incredible tool with others.
Now living in Cold Lake, AB, I am deeply committed to supporting the first responders in our community, including CAF, RCMP, VAC, EMS, Doctors, and nurses. Having witnessed the effects of second-hand trauma, I understand how often these professions prioritize helping others over themselves. Through neurofeedback, I hope to provide clients with the tools to restore balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
